Trust Act 2014 signed into law by Delaware Governor Jack Markell

Please see our Trust Industry Brief regarding the Act to Amend Titles 12 and 25 of The Delaware Code relating to Fiduciary Relations and Property which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 by Governor Jack Markell (“Trust Act 2014”).  The Trust Act 2014 legislation becomes effective August 1, 2014.
