STEP New York – “A Comparison of U.S. Trust Beneficiaries”

Commonwealth Trust Company is pleased to announce that President, Cindy Brown will be speaking at STEP New York’s January presentation.  The presentation entitled, “A Comparison of U.S. Trust Jurisdictions,” is scheduled for January 11, 2018.  The topics that will be covered include:  Decanting Statues, Domestic Asset Protection Trust, Settlor Intent Law, Private Trust Companies, Non-Judicial Settlement Agreements/Court Access, and a success story from each State.
