CTC’s President & Head of Legal Affairs to be Panelist and Presenter, respectively, at the upcoming 2012 Delaware Trust Conference

On Wednesday, October 3rd, 2012, Cynthia D.M. Brown, Esquire, President of  CTC, will be a panelist at the upcoming 2012 Delaware Trust Conference which is being held at the Hotel DuPont, Wilmington, Delaware.  The panel discussion will include the topic of gift, estate, income and generation-skipping transfer tax considerations when utilizing Delaware’s decanting statute.  In addition, Matthew L. Rosin, Esquire, Vice President of Legal Affairs of CTC, will also be presenting on the topic of Working With Investment and other Direction Advisors.
