Foundations of Delaware Trusts

A new series of educational programs was recently offered by the Delaware Bankers Association Financial Education Alliance known as the Foundations of Delaware Trusts.

Our President, Cindy Brown, Our Vice President of Legal Affairs, Matt Rosin, as well as our Vice President of Trust Administration, Jamie McGinley, were pleased to serve as Instructors for the educational program series.  In particular, the topics covered by the officers of Commonwealth Trust Company included Discretionary Decision-Making and Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act Best Practices.
